We provide primary care, sick/urgent care, and wellness services in-office, via telehealth, or even in home if necessary. We work directly for patients and do not bill insurance. This cuts out the “middle man” reducing costs and saving valuable time, and gives you direct access to your provider via email, phone, or text 24/7. We offer same or next day appointments if needed. At Hometown Health and Wellness, we strive to provide high quality, convenient care at an affordable monthly price. Our monthly membership fee is typically less than what would be paid for co-pay or deductible when using traditional insurance. Membership fees can be paid monthly or yearly. Fees can be paid with HSA/FSA accounts. If memberships are paid in full for the year, a 10% discount will be given. If you do not want to commit to a monthly membership, we can see you for individual visits at any time for a one time visit charge.
